“It was my first time here and had the pleasure of getting my dip manicure. I was greeted so warmly (also had a lovely phone conversation when I booked my appt). She is a true professional and has clearly been in the business a long time. She explained every step of the process and why she was doing it. She took the time to help me decide on the best shape of my nails based on their length. She was also so kind and took the time to get to know me and was so incredibly gracious. She did a phenomenal job and I will surely return! I’ve been looking for a beautiful and clean nail salon with this kind of attention to customer satisfaction for a long time so I was thrilled to finally find Viva!"
